Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

BulkBridge provides business messaging services, including SMS and WhatsApp Business Messaging. This policy explains how we use information when you visit our site or use these services.

Information we handle

We handle account and team details, contact information you upload, message content and templates, recipient phone numbers, delivery information, billing records and technical activity needed to operate and secure the service.

When you connect WhatsApp, Meta shares the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers, business display information, permissions and a business access token. We store the token encrypted and use it on our servers. We do not ask for your Meta password.

How we use information

We use this information to operate your account, connect the messaging providers you authorize, submit templates, send messages on your instructions, display delivery results, provide support and prevent misuse. You are responsible for having permission to upload contacts and message your recipients.

Providers and sharing

We share the information necessary to deliver your messages with your chosen messaging providers, including Meta for WhatsApp, Africa's Talking and configured SMS network providers. Hosting, payment and email providers process information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from abuse. Provider processing may take place outside Zambia.

Meta processes information under its own policies. The Meta JavaScript SDK loads only on the WhatsApp connection page for authorized account administrators when the integration is enabled. It may use cookies and collect app events as part of that connection process. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Security and retention

We use account access controls and encrypt stored WhatsApp access tokens. We retain account and messaging records to provide the service, resolve support issues, maintain billing records and meet applicable obligations. Disconnecting WhatsApp removes that number's stored business token from BulkBridge; it does not delete earlier message records or your account at Meta.

Your choices and data deletion

You can disconnect a WhatsApp number from the client portal. You can also remove BulkBridge's access in your Meta Business Integrations settings. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by BulkBridge, email customer@bulkbridgesms.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your account name or connected business number. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will verify the requester's authority before acting and explain any records that must be retained. For messages sent to you by a BulkBridge client, contact that business to stop future messages; you may also contact us for help identifying the account responsible.

Contact and changes

Contact BulkBridge at customer@bulkbridgesms.com or B23/24 off Kamloops Road, Lusaka, Zambia. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date here.
